For all orders £15 & over, postage is FREE & for any orders less than £15, a £1.50 charge applies. I use Royal Mail Second Class service & post orders within 2 working days (Monday – Friday).
Any gift purchases can be posted directly to the giftee, or to you, the buyer. Just choose at checkout which you would like. All Gift Boxes are letterbox friendly, so they should fit through most letterboxes so nobody needs to be home to receive them.
With all Gift Box orders a short personal message can be included. This will be printed onto a Gift card. If you choose this option please add your message at checkout to include YOUR NAME if you would like the giftee to know who it has come from – check it carefully too as I will copy spelling exactly as you have typed it. (Please note I cannot include emojis). If you do not require a gift message, the Gift card is included but without a message on the reverse; this means you can handwrite your own if you choose.
All orders are posted inside a dark grey envelope so the contents are not visible – if the recipient lives with you, they won’t be able to ‘see’ the contents. The envelope is waterproof which protects the contents in harsh weathers.
I’m sorry but I cannot guarantee any delivery date. Once I post an order, how long it takes to arrive is out of my hands – usually an order arrives in 2/3 working days however it can take longer. I use Royal Mail & do obtain proof of posting but this is not a tracked service, so if you need your order by a particular date please order as in advance as you can to try to avoid any disappointment.
